Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with most UK deliveries arriving within 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Orders to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand typically arrive within 7 to 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Europe, and once an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend delivery details.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of items and delivery destination.

International orders

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures can occasionally cause delays. To help ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your contact details are correct and the recipient is expecting the parcel.

If a parcel is refused at customs, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer free returns within the UK. Please contact us at customercare@adamsandmack.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item so that we can provide a returns label.

Please return items unused and in their original condition, including the protective pouch, any ancillary items and gift box (if provided). Once received, we will issue a refund minus the return postage cost. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days.

Non-UK returns

We do not currently offer free returns for customers outside the UK. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email customercare@adamsandmack.com and we will provide further instructions.
